The Harris County Community Services Department (HCCSD), in coordination with the offices of the State Representative and County Commissioner El Franco Lee, worked with area business and community leaders in a planning process for the Airline community’s revitalization. The group, referred to as the Airline Drive District Community Plan Vision Team, held a series of public meetings conducted by area business and community leaders that helped develop a revitalization plan and established priorities for the District.
